The journey to Wembley has started

The new Emirates FA Cup season began on Saturday 7th August.  News Ball has reports from some of the extra preliminary rounds from around the country. The road to Wembley carries on

It has been another dramatic few days of FA Cup action. Let's explore some of the moments from the early stages from one of the world's best cup competitions. FC United snatched a dramatic late FA Cup victory over Bootle Regan Linney scored a 97th minute winner as his side came from behind to snatch a dramatic 3-2 win over Bootle in the Emirates FA Cup first qualifying round replay. The first match was also a dramatic and exciting encounter. That finished 2-2. Community Shield 2021 preview

Manchester City and Leicester City face each other in the traditional curtain-raiser to the football season.  Both teams will be looking to build on their success from last season. Very few Leicester fans will forget their 5-2 thrashing of Man City last season. Whilst it is not considered a major trophy, it us always nice to win Leicester have never won it, whereas Man City have won it on six occasions.
