Who won the Transfer Window?

The transfer window is closed until January 1st.  Who had the best window though? Were there any major losers? Ahead of England's upcoming world cup qualifiers, let's take a look at some of England's most memorable moments at this stage of the competition. There' heroic defending against Italy, late drama against Greece and a memorable night in Munich.
